Hi there,

Everytime I open an e-mail I get a blank page and I cannot see anything. I have uninstalled Thunderbird and re-installed it. I have disabled my anti-virus and anti-spam on thunderbird. There are no add-ons or anything in my thunderbird. I have no idea how to get rid of this. Anyone that can help?

Try to rebuild the index file of the troubled folder.

Right-click the folder - Properties - Repair Folder
