I FOUND A FIX. This requires uBlock Origin and using this filter:
weather.com##.ControlPanel--controlContainer--1YwPB:style(height: 50% !important)

Hey Pika, This is an issue with their website, not Firefox. Try using their app, The Weather Channel.
I hate when websites aren't optimized for Firefox. Thanks for the help, though! 😊
