- First, I suggest rightclicking the Archive folder in thunderbird and selecting Properties to verify where the Archive folder is. If on local drive, it would not be available on the phone. If online, then you would need to adjust your phone settings to include the Archive folder. Thunderbird is not a part of the solution or problem.
