Have you tried clearing your browsing history?

After clearing the profile stays some 1 GB. Reinstalling FF helps, but now I do not knowvwhat could be the source of such a huge profile data. Any ideas? Of is 1GB normal? (for Just a common user)
I have 1.5 GB, but 800 MB of it is cache. Try to clear cache in Applications -> Firefox.
