Settings Screens All Blank
All of the settings options have disappeared. Everything is now blank on all settings tabs; General, Composition, etc. Version 115.8.0. Any tips on how to fix this?

Does Thunderbird work as expected in Thunderbird troubleshooting mode?
It did not. But I installed the previous .7 version and the settings were back.
Version 115.8.0 patches are https://mzl.la/48DwnL5. Of those, only these to involve settings
