It appears your system lost much of my original post. I am trying to get Thunderbird under Canonical Linux (Ubuntu 22.04) to access mail.twc.com I found a support notice from Spectrum, and used their settings, but Thunderbird claims it can't login to the server. The exact same settings work on Thunderbird on win11. I can't seem to find the page on the Internet I was referencing. The link was in the original post.
