Updates Way too Frequent
Why does browser ask me each and everyday that I use it; a pop-up asking same questions 1.) if I want to be default ? 2. If I want to update. Its irritating for me.

There have been several Firefox 106.0.x versions released to address some issues, current is 106.0.3
Hey listen that’s fine. No problem with that; my issue is the fact of the notification interrupting and asking me EACH AND EVERY SINGLE TIME I open this browser. I don’t HAVE to update anything that’s why it’s an option but if I said no the first time why does it continue to happen and not one pop up. But two! I don’t have a setting of “automatic updates” on or anything. So I’m just saying it’s a nuisance.
We did have another update to fix some issues and now 102.4.0 is latest.
Under Startup on the General page of Settings, have you selected Always check if Firefox is your default browser? If so, deselect it.
You can install a policy if you want to stop automatic updates. That will stop the badgering about updates. I will add links if you want to look at that.
