Hi

I have removed your email address from your question for your privacy and security as this is an open forum.

You will need to be able to access your current primary email address to be able to verify your identity to change your email address in your Firefox Account.

You can only add a secondary email address and make that the primary email address if you still have access the he primary email.

You will likely have to create a new Firefox account with an email address that is currently not used if you do not have access to the primary email address.
