Hi Adolphus, you're right that Mozilla doesn't have telephone support. This forum is your best bet. You may get an email notification, but please return to https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1381273 to reply to the message.
I'm curious what you have tried so far. Since you didn't mention specific things, it's possible I won't be telling you anything new. Please elaborate as needed.
Sometimes the user interface changes in a way that you cannot see your bookmarks, but they are still stored in Firefox. Let's check this first. Depending on how you like to work with your bookmarks, one of these might help:
(1) Bookmarks Toolbar
This is the bar that appears below the address bar, above the page. Try Ctrl+Shift+B to display or hide this bar. If the bar is empty, we'll suggest ideas for fixing that. More info: Bookmarks Toolbar - Display your favorite websites at the top of the Firefox window.
(2) Bookmarks Sidebar
This is the panel that appear to the left (usually) or right of the page. Use Ctrl+B to open/close this panel. Are your bookmarks listed here? More info: Use the Firefox Sidebar to access bookmarks, history and synced tabs.
(3) Menu Bar
If you are a longtime Windows user, you might prefer to have the top menu: File, Edit, View, History, Bookmarks, Tools, Help. If you prefer that method of accessing bookmarks, this article has more info: Restore the Menu bar in Firefox.
(4) Menu button for the toolbar
There's an optional button you can add to the toolbar which drops down the bookmarks menu. It looks like: (star on a tray?). You can add that to your toolbar using the Customize panel. See: Customize Firefox controls, buttons and toolbars.
Restoring Older Bookmark Backups
If the above options do not show the bookmarks you are looking for, you may be able to restore an automatic backup. Firefox only keeps about 2 weeks of backups, so please check this immediately. The steps are in this article: Restore bookmarks from backup or move them to another computer.
This support article has other suggestions: Recover lost or missing Bookmarks.
Any progress so far?
