Hi There,

I have a friend who uses Mozilla Thunderbird and they have told me that all their emails are now going into the junk folder. It has only happened very recently. They are using Windows 10 and they have BitDefender (free version) installed. I have no idea where to start with this. Can anyone give any suggestions please?
