Lately, there are times when I try to use Google Products like Maps and nothing happens. I'll type a key word to do a search or type google maps in the Firefox search bar and there is no response. It's not a Google issue as the products will work if I switch browsers. It doesn't happen all the time but has been happening more frequently lately. When it does, I always check to make sure Firefox is up to date. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Have you not tried to go directly to the google homepage and try the map section from there. Also there is no screenshot of the page your using that your describing having the issue with. That might help others see what is going on.

This could be a problem with the TLS 1.3 Early Data feature also known as Zero Round Trip Time Resumption (0rtt). You can try to set security.tls.enable_0rtt_data = false on the about:config page to disable this feature until this is fixed by Google or Mozilla to see if that helps.
