Login to Account xxxxx failed

I had configured thunderbird on 3 computer to access my email accounts from a thirdparty. i have two email accounts from the same third party email host provider. All emails were working fine i could send and receive. yesterday at around 1pm i start getting the message login in to account "myemail@xxx.com" failed. Enter password , Retry. this allmy 3 computer have the same issue. i contact the email host provider and they claim they made no changes to any ports. i am using SSL imap i even deleted one email profile and tried to add a new email it is not working as well.
