Bookmark double spaced ... what the *&^% Mozilla???
Seriously, whoever thought forcing double spaced bookmarks on us was a good idea needs to go.

In the current Firefox 92 release you can only reduce the menu spacing via userChrome.css. In the next Firefox 93 release (current Beta/DE) they have added support to reduce the menu spacing via "Density: Compact" on the Customize page.

Note that "Compact" is no longer present by default as a Density choice in Customize.

Problem: Microsoft needs to get people to upgrade to latest Windows release. Developers have no ideas for improving functionality. Clippy and Bob were a disaster. Solution: "Let's do what we've done since Win 2000: Identify useful feature and remove it (spell-check, email client, DVD player). We'll add them back in next release and call it a new feature." "Yes, but isn't there some way we can cripple the new mail client?" "Yes, let's get rid of unified inbox, too convenient. You can thank me later."
Problem: UI/UX guy's annual performance review approaches. He has no ideas for improving FF. Solution: "Ah, I have it! Add white space. It always makes you look sophisticated. Hmmm, maybe we should make all fonts larger and super-thin and low-contrast. We'll call it release 94." Bonus: Aligns with MS strategy in previous problem/solution.
