Ineed help understanding how Windows 10 works, it is very confusing.
I have to keep reinstalling everything and losing most of my files in the process. I'm tired of trying to talk to Microsoft because they don't care. Is Windows going to be better or should I just get rid on my computer? I have lost all of my Architectural Specifications and closed down my business. Microsoft doesn't care and tells me to go someplace else if I don't like their Programs. I would someone to show me how to fix this mess.

Please explain the problem in detail. What happens? What is/are the exact error message(s) ?
I have been writing Specifications for several years with Windows 7 and managed to finish most of them, then 10 came and if I don't work on each one everyday, Windows or somehow they disappear from my files and I can't get them back. Most of them are now gone and Windows doesn't seem to care where they went. I need help trying to find them or just quit trying. There are no error messages, just turning on the computer the next day and they are gone.
