I got the notification recommend me to refresh my firefox at the bottom, which only states that it will make my firefox run faster. But it didn't mention it will delete all my add-ons, reset my layouts, mess up my about:config settings. Which lead to unwanted automatic update download and installation. This is completely BS.

Yeah, I recon it's a sneaky way getting people back to automatic download and update. Why otherwise would one use " refresh" instead of "reset", which would be more appropriate in this scenario.
