Dropping frames in sped up video playback ANDROID
the tittle says it all , when i playback anything at more than 1x speed it drops alot frames very unwatchable , but this is on ANDROID not desktop ive literally found nothing when i looked this issue up except for pc . 0 info for android , this happens on both the regular and nightly build and i even tried to do some of the solutions for pc cause nightly has ability to add extensions like h264ify etc... , i tried messing with vp9 settings in about:config and with opengl media and i really tried alot of em lol but nothing works , still very stuttery

Please can you install Firefox for Android Nightly from the Google Play store (no need to sign into your Firefox Account and it will be separate from the Release copy of Firefox for Android).
Type about:config into the address bar and set media.android-media-codec.preferred to false. Does this make any difference to the video?

any video when sped up , period , any website . yes i do have addons but with or without them same issue i have ublock and a user agent switcher but its set to whitelist mode and i only use it for google and facebook lol so doesnt count really lol , but again same issue with or without them , as for protection uhh i dont have any that i know of , just ublock

i have 72.57 gb , say 73 gb free , and not much really but closing everything and just having ff running doesnt fix it still , (but again this is just when sped up , at normal speed it plays back just fine)

yes 73 gb free , no memory cards , all internal storage . tecno camon 15 (cd7) , pulled it up from gsm areana should have all you need to know and more https://www.gsmarena.com/tecno_camon_15-10093.php but i have the 128gb version but yeah

it automatically deleted my reply i believe? cause it had a link , i was linking the gsm arena page to my phone lol nothing fishy , oh well , i have a tecno camon 15 (cd7) (non pro version) , but the 128 gb version (no memory cards or anything no)

i was already using nightly , (i tried both nightly and normal , issue occured on both) , but toggling this fixed it !!! tysm , where was this a week ago !!! i ended up using chrome in that week !!!! , i had exams and was watching lessons 2x speed cause saving time , but still thanks !!!
