Hi there, I have now had a second occurrence of strange information populating in a web page text fields by the Firefox autocomplete/autofill process. I was registering for a webinar, and I was using the autofill option to complete the registration form. When I looked at the options, i saw another name listed twice. The first was associated with a throwaway email but the second was associated with my contact info. I do not use Firefox Sync, and the computer I use is not used by anyone else (home computer). I have tried to Google a solution, but there doesn't seem to be an answer--other people have also asked similar questions. If possible, can anyone with specific knowledge let me know how Firefox gathers the data used in to autofill web page text fields/forms? I'm working with my employer ISO group to find out if this is some sort of vulnerability. I'm also curious to know if the Firefox autofill is getting data cached from a webpage (I have used the page to register for other webinars). I am using a Mac mini (late 2014) with Sierra 10.12.6. Firefox is v. 88.0.1 (64 bit)--Firefox update is just waiting for the browser relaunch to install. The add-ons i have installed are Adblocker Ultimate, YouTube Downloader, and Cisco WebeX extension. So far, I have performed a full scan with Sophos, and I have combed though the results of netstat -a -n but I could not find suspicious connections. Any help is appreciated :) --Alex
