Firefox looks basically the same on Windows 10 as it does on Windows 8.1, and your data files should still work. As long as Windows doesn't delete them!! What is your Windows upgrade process? Just in case Windows doesn't retain your data in its original location, I suggest making a backup of your active profile folder in case you need it for recovery.
