What is the address of the website you are viewing when this happens?
The Nine Network recently experienced a cyber attack, so I'm a little wary.
I actually downloaded the file (as attached), but can't do anything with it and I keep receiving the same message.

Thank you for that information.
I have tried that site in both the current Release and Nightly builds if Firefox for Android and am not seeing this issue.
As a first step, I recommend clearing the history in Firefox for Android. Does this help resolve the issue?
