Firefox starts but doesn't work properly
So I don't know if that's the best but for some reason my firefox browser does not work propery. When I start it it shows the normal design just without all the stuff that is normaly there (screenshot included). Also websites don't load and it only shows the url. The bookmarks are all there but again won't load. I tried to fix the issue by reinstalling, updating and even running a virus scan and all that stuff but nothing worked.

Your symptoms seem similar to the ones reported in these other questions:
https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1325650 All websites stopped loading on firefox. Even the firefox settings page (i.e. Options, Add-ons, Login and Passwords, Manage Add-ons, etc.) does not load.

You said you tried reinstalling Firefox. Did you see any error messages when launching Firefox, such as "VCRUNTIME140_1.DLL is not found"? In that case, I would install both 32-bit and 64-bit "Visual Studio 2015, 2017 and 2019" downloads, (x86: vc_redist.x86.exe and x64: vc_redist.x64.exe) from https://support.microsoft.com/help/2977003/the-latest-supported-visual-c-downloads
