List of emails dissapearing frequently

Hi, Since yesterday I have a very annoying problem. Even if I have my cursor focused on one of my folders (e.g.: Inbox), my email list is dissapearing suddenly. Happens very often, every 5-10mins or so.

To "recover" it I have to click on other folder(e.g. Sent) and then click again on the previous one. This happens to all folders, without exception.

I am using Thunderbird 68.10.0 (64-bit) on Xubuntu 18.04 and "Owl for Exchange" to connect to my company's email.

I'm on TB78.6.1 and got an Owl update this morning. Now I'm seeing the exact same behavior. In fact it's worse than that. For me in addition open message windows are just closed for no reason, and meeting reminders cannot be closed, and pop up again and again.

You see this with since the update to 0.7.7.2 (released yesterday) or since 0.7.7.1 (released last Friday)?

Hi, I have exactly the same problem since yesterday afternoon. I am happy to see that I am not the only one! I already contacted the developer of the Owl add-on. Please do so as well if you have the same issue.

Did these problems appear today or yesterday, after the 0.7.7.2 update?

If you email owl.support@beonex.com , please include helpful debug information, particularly the entire error console contents (as text, not as screenshot).

Also, if you see a pattern, that the problem always appears after certain actions, but not after other actions, please state that (including the actions that work fine).

Not so ironically, I started a post right before this one asking about the same issue. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1322331#answer-1385150 I, too, have reached out to the author of Owl for Exchange but have not yet heard back.

Problem solved for me on Win 10 Enterprise by a silent automatic update. Thanks for the excellent support from Owl people!

Owl v0.7.7.5 has fixed it for me.  :)

Just for completeness and fairness to Owl Support, they did respond to me through email and were sincerely sorry and helpful. They have been working really hard to get this fix out there for folks.
