account suddenly stopped working, but other accounts are fine
Hi -
I have Thunderbird on a Mac OS 10.15.5. I have several POP accounts with Zoho. Suddenly one account stopped working. It is fine on the Zoho web platform, but not with Thunderbird. We tried resetting the password and tried setting it up on another computer, still no luck. An odd thing is that when I run the "test" for configurations I get an ok, as per attached. Then when I hit "done" I get a message that it can't connect to the server, see other attached.
This is really frustrating. We have been using Thunderbird for at least fifteen years, I think. This is the first major issue that we have had.
Any help is appreciated.
