Bug with 78.5. Subject is now "untitled" when printing or print to PDF

When I print an email, the subject is now always "untitled" since the update to 78.5. Prior to this update, it would be whatever the subject of the email was. This is frustrating and takes time to fix, especially when printing to PDF.

How do I report this to the programmers?
