SSL-Site constant Problem with GeoTrust-Certificate

We run our own servers sonce long using ssl resp. https.

Example : https://ncn.ncenter-cert.com:56000/ish/ as a test site

The certificates (cert + intermediate cert) are correct and origin from GeoTrust USA.

Other Browsers (Google etc.) don't have a problem. But Firefox for windows desktop claims "weak encryption" and the new Firefox for Android refuses to open the page !
