Lock Password List with password?

Is there a way we can lock our password list with a password? I have a problem where I believe I had someone break into my machine through remote desktop and how Firefox is setup now they was probably able to view my usernames and passwords by just opening Firefox and looking at my logins/passwords (I leave my accounts signed in since I'm usually the only one to use them). Besides signing out when I'm not on these machines is there a way I can secure my username and passwords? If I remember right I think Chrome has the option for a master password you have to type in to view them?

You can use a Primary/Master Password on a desktop computer to protect the passwords.

Note that the passwords remain unlocked once you have entered the PP once during a session (canceling the PP prompt will reset this).
