after copy profile to new computer, emails did not come back
I backed up the Thunderbird following the path roaming/Thunderbird, and past it to the new computer, started the Thunderbird, emails did not come back.

Go to Help -> Troubleshooting Information -> about:profiles. Create a new profile and point it to the profile folder that you copied. Launch the new profile. See Profile Manager - Create and remove Thunderbird profiles
