How can I enable drag and drop URLs to desktop or folders. Use to work and just quit. This has happened before and just fixed itself, but have no clue what happened. When I search for solutions I get stuff like "start in safe mode", have no clue how do do that and a search for than doesn't produce results. Would like a really simple or step by step answer.
