When I try to go to Twitter I get this message:

Oops. The site at https://twitter.com/ has experienced a network protocol violation that cannot be repaired. The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because an error in the data transmission was detected.

Please contact the website owners to inform them of this problem.

This doesn't happen when I use a Private window or new containers. I have already cleared cookies and the cache. I have already tried safe mode.

Thanks, it worked. Do I have to do this with all my containers as well? And what are service workers anyway?

It's basically the kind of technology that allows access to push notifications and background sync. I think the fix will apply to all of your containers by default.
