Keep getting Windows pop up stating "How do I prevent windows 10 from displaying Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device" when i open thunderbird since the latest update

Since the most recent Thunderbird update each time I open Thunderbird I get a Windows 10 pop up stating "Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device" which is very annoying.

How can I prevent this Windows pop up?
