I am trying to move my profile folder to a new computer so I can continue using Thunderbird seamlessly. Mozilla directions tell me how to get to my profile folder via the troubleshooting command and then tells me to open the folder and that the opened folder will appear in an Explorer window for further processing. The problem is that the profile folder does not appear in an Explorer window but rather as a series of folders in a local file explorer window. Once this happens I have no idea what to do as all of the next instructions refer to this step which goes wrong for me.
