unable to open my e mail with firefox, keep getting error message: Sending of password user [email]@att.netdid not succeed. Mail server inbound.att.net responded: Server error-please try again later. have been trying of 2 day.
help solve problem.

Delete the passwords in Options/Security/Passwords/Saved Passwords, restart TB, and enter a secure mail key instead of a regular account password, when prompted.
FYI, I AM NOT A COMPUTER PERSON, WHERE DOES ONE FIND OPTIONS/SECURITY/ PASSWORDS/SAVED PASSWORDS SO I AM STILL LOST. LOOKED IN ACCOUNT SETTING, FOUND NONE OF THE ABOVE
Click the 3-bar icon in the upper right corner, then Options, Options.

When you are prompted for the password, enter or paste the secure key. If you need help with creating the key, call the AT&T support.
