The email you got was automatically sent to notify you of each response to your thread on this forum. This forum does not use emails to reply to each other.
That link should serve you the most current Release for the platform you download for, in this case for Mac OS X it is Firefox 77.0.1
Btw the Firefox for iOS section you posted your two threads in is for mobile Firefox on iOS devices like iPad and iPhone. Moved thread to Firefox section.
