Retrieve mail thru server IMAP free
Since 2 days I canot retrieve the mails from my internet company FREE I use the imap server. I don't have this trouble with Yahoo I have contacted FREE , they have checked and told me the server was ok Can you help me to solve this problem Regards Jean

Do you receive any error messages when retrieving mails? Are you referring to Free.fr (Free Telecom)?

Yes, my provider is free.fr I have contacted the provider who told me that all services are OK. I can send and retrive mails thru the 4g but not with the wifi
Please clarify; you can send and retrieve emails, using Thunderbird, via a 4G internet connection, but the same device and Thunderbird installation doesn't send and receive via wifi?
