CNNgo.com || live TV streaming not working
Hi.
living streaming used to work on firefox; but stopped recently. i made no changes to my PC laptop. notably, chrome continues to livestream the CNNgo.com live TV feed. i have firefox automatically update when updates are ready...
my preference is to use firefox as my number one browser. unfortunately, with this issue, firefox will not be able to cover ALL of my uses/needs.
please help me fix this.

this is also a problem for firefox on iOS...
Make sure you are not blocking content.
Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link}
A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

Thank you for your reply! One thing I did not mention above: When I logged into my Xfinity account via Firefox on using either operating systme, I was able to livestream CNN via a popup window in "normal" (non safe mode).
Short answer: CNN live TV is not working when Firefox is in safe mode using either operating system.
Long answer:
PC/Windows 10: Firefox in safe mode; no CNN Live TV; CNN live TV working on Chrome
Mac/iOS (iOS previously updated to current version) Firefox in safe mode; no CNN live TV; CNN live TV working on Chrome
I am logged into my Firefox account on both accounts.
