Mozilla inbox generated folders not in sync with Gmail folders. Can not see, lock showing
I have spent considerable time trying different recommendations within HELP. Have uninstalled and reloaded TB-Mozilla now. Have basic folders showing but all the previous folders I had made with saved files are no longer showing on Mozilla. Gmail still shows all previous folders still on the cloud. I am receiving and sending emails OK and can MAKE NEW folders. The old inbox folders that used to be on Mozilla are now gone. Any help would be much appreciated. There is a small lock showing on the account in the lower left corner but from what I have read, this just means a secured connection. Thanks

Is your account POP or IMAP? If it's POP, only the Inbox is downloaded to TB. If it's IMAP, right-click the account in the Folder Pane, Subscribe..., click Refresh, and see if you can check (subscribe) the missing folders.
Hi. My account is IMAP and all access settings are the same as indicated in Gmail settings. Using the drop down over this account finds all subjects already subscribed to. I can send and receive messages in Mozilla with no errors. I can also make new folders in Mozilla OK. Looking in Gmail, the folders I can not access are identified with an INBOX/folder name in front of each of them. In Gmail only, I can file new messages into these folders that are not seen in Mozilla. Checking Mozilla settings, I am in Synchronization. Are these some sort of an archived process within Gmail stopping Mozilla's access to view ??? Thanks
re :Looking in Gmail, the folders I can not access are identified with an INBOX/folder name in front of each of them. Are you saying all the missing folders were created as 'subfolders' of the 'Inbox' folder?
Check the following: In Folder pane, does the 'Inbox' folder have a > icon to the left of 'Inbox' ? If yes, click on that > icon.
Right click on gmail account name folder in Folder Pane and select 'Subscribe' click on 'Refresh' In the pop up window, do you see INBOX in italic with a > to the left side? If yes, click on > icon to see drop down list. Select the subfolders and click on 'Subscribe'. click on OK
re : Using the drop down over this account finds all subjects already subscribed to. But does that subscribe list include the missing folders? Are the missing folders actually listed under the INBOX folder and have you subscribed to see them again?
Yes the missing folders not present in Mozilla but present in Gmail were subfolders I had made of the INBOX. Made at the time during Mozilla operation.
In the Folder pane, the INBOX does not have an > icon to it's left.
When I right click on the Gmail account name in the folder pane, there is NO subscribe option in the opened pop-up window.
The Gmail sub account folder within the Folder Pane DOES NOT show an Inbox option. It only shows DRAFTS and TRASH as subfolders.
Looking at the Gmail MAIN email account within within the Folder Pane, when right clicking on this and seeing the SUBSCRIBE option, the only folders showing are: Sent (which is ticked); GMail/DRAFTS (which is ticked) and GMail/TRASH whith is ticked. No other folders showing refreshed or not.
