No BBC page of any stripe will open, all have the msg "check your DNS, Internal Reference TA-1437" Everything else under the sun opens just fine. Very distressing. Probably did a stupid things, but what stupid thing? Better yet, how do I unstupid it?

Many site issues can be caused by corrupt cookies or cache. In order to try to fix these problems, the first step is to clear both Cookies and the Cache.

To clear Cache and Cookies for a specific site, do the following:

1. Navigate to the site. 2. Click on the padlock icon at the left end of the address bar. 3. At the bottom select Clear Cookies and Site Data... 4. In the window that opens, click Remove.

If the page does not refresh automatically, click the Reload icon on your toolbar.
