When I try to open any response to a signal from call.sofia.bg, I get an error that the file can't open. If I go 5o Files app on the phone I can open the file and view it. I'm using Honor 20 Lite.

Edit: here is an example https://call.sofia.bg/en/Signal/Details/192137 The downloads are at bear the bottom of the page.

Edit 2: this is about Firefox Preview. I have accidently chosen Firefox for Android.

Hi

Firefox Preview does not currently have the ability to open .pdf files itself, although this is planned for a future update.

In the meantime, I recomend that you either open it from the file manager on your device or install a .pdf viewer from the Google Play Store for you device.

I think that I wasn't clear enough. When I download a PDF file from any website and click "open" in Firefox Preview it opens in Google PDF viewer, but when the file is downloaded from this specific site, it refuses to open it.

Hi

That suggests that the issue is not so much with Firefox Preview, but with the .pdf itself. There may be some kind of content in it or type of .pdf that the Google PDF viewer may be stuggling with. You may wish to download the Adobe Reader app from the Google Play store and try that instead.

Tried the Adobe reader, still doesn't work, but I can open the file from file manager using both Adobe and Google PDF readers.
