New messages are not downloading to the program.
I have tried to disallow and then allow again Thunderbird in Windows Firewall. The messages are downloading to the email accounts and can be seen when accessed through the browser. I have not changed my filters to cause this problem. The screen is stuck with the green bar in the bottom right corner being set to its "full" state.
