thunderbird 64-bit 68.4.1 windows MSI fails, no message; 64-bit exe works
I had for years stayed with the 32b version, but felt it was high time to move into this millennium. I downloaded the MSI, and started it first from within the browser -it just stops a few moments after I grant the authority for it to run; then I exited and ran the MSI from the download folder -again the same results. MSI is not working for 68.4.1 for 64b platform. I deleted that msi, then downloaded the exe package, and that DID work and I am now happily back up running. Wasn't sure where to log/ notify this to the MO team.
