Dear All, afternoon. There's a lot of time i'm not able to settle another of mine gmail account in Thunderbird even if till now two (2) of them are ok. The automatic reply from Thuderbird system is related to "enable cookies". All this gmail are under Firefox Monitor and all of them have the same setting in Firefox Account. The last one is the one about what i need an help

Hi ZULLO,

To enable cookies in Thunderbird, do the following.

  1. Go to Preferences > Privacy
  2. Check mark Accept cookies from sites

I've attached a screenshot to show you.

Gmail uses an authentication method called OAuth2, which will use the Gmail website login from within Thunderbird. That website requires a browser feature called "Cookies". Thunderbird does support cookies, and they are on by default, but if you have turned it off, you may see the error message.
