Whenever I close Firefox, I lose all my bookmarks & sign out of all my subscriptions & memberships.

Whenever I turn off my computer, or just close Firefox, the next time I open Firefox it treats me as a completely new user. The help page fix re add-ons/extensions did not apply; it just said I didn't have any.
