hello i made a fresh install of win10 on new ssd drive install firefox as always sign in with my account to get sync nothing seems to work i tried to reset the password ( i thought the password was wrong) but still nothing...

any help ? thanks

more options

You can open about:sync-log via the location bar to see if there is a recent log available. You can upload a recent log if the log is too big to put in a reply.

The first log shows 1573308118435 Sync.Service INFO Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64; rv:49.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/49.0 with today's date.

What's up with that? Might be a compatibility issue with the older version of Sync - "Loading Weave 1.51.0"

Last log shows - User-Agent: Firefox/70.0.1 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) FxSync/1.72.0.20191030021342.desktop


Beyond that, your data on the Sync server was deleted when you changed the Firefox Account password.

Have you logged in with your phone using the new Firefox Account Password? That should sync the data on that phone to the Sync server, although you will probably be missing some of your data - unless your previous hard drive with Win10 was in reality using Firefox 49.0, which in that case you would also have (probably) lost some data due to the vast difference in Sync & Firefox versions.

As stated - server maintenance - was being performed when that error-log was generated.

Have you logged in with your phone using the new Firefox Account Password? ---------> yes it's logged but i can't synchronise when i hit synchronise now it says never the device appears in manage device but it doesn't synchronise

i tried also the firefox lockwise and try to sync the login and pass from my phone but nothing happen
