This is a obvious scam with red flags to show it is not real.
This was a "Too good to be true" scam that occasional still gets mentioned here trying to prey on people who will give up their personal details like name, email, phone#, credit card information (for the extremely cheap $1 or $2 shipping depending on scam page variation) and such information for a prize that does not exist.
It does not make sense for Mozilla (the company) to pick random Firefox users and say they won a insert Samsung, iPhone or a Amazon gift card that are worth say $1000 US and have this popup on some random weird name website.
If Mozilla were by chance give out random prizes to Firefox users, it would be on say a *.mozilla.org page.
Some variations of this scam I have seen posted in past couple years are below for iPhone and Samsung S9 examples.

I have seen Mozilla do say gifts for some certain things in past but they were for a t-shirt or such simple things. Say to the third-party Add-ons developers that meet certain criteria.
