Why won't it let me sync my laptop, mobile, and PC since the casing of the laptop and set it up with Google and Firefox. It says Cinnamon session x not found.

Run it will nothing come get passed the sign in screen. I never put a user name on admin account. It came with password and I did add another password but I can't get past the Cinnamon error saying session x not found default fallback and it just keeps repeating this over and over

It is Mint 19.1 and I believe it's Ubunta. I know nothing. About Ubunta. It said critical update and have been stuck on black and white screen since. Please help. If I could just take It back to default fallback that would be fine. It won't let my user name in. QuickBooks didn't set up

Apologies for the delay in replying. Is this an issue with Firefox for Android, Firefox on your desktop or are you having a problem with Linux Mint?
