Send to Device yeilds blank screen on iOS

When I select "Send to Device" on Firefox (v19.0) for iOS (v12.4.1), I get a blank "Send Tab" view which will display a spinner indefinitely if I over-scroll upwards. I have made sure I am signed in to the same Firefox account on both my Mac and iPhone (Firefox v69.0.1 and v70.0b7 on my Mac).

I can see my iPhone from my Mac (from both these versions of Firefox, though not in the synced tabs screen), and sending a tab to my iPhone appears to work up to the point of Firefox for iOS actually loading the tab (I get the notification, but tapping on it does nothing and the tab is not loaded).

I have tried with all extensions disabled for Firefox v69 on my Mac with no change in the results.

Am I missing something, or is this a bug?
