cannot read mail if AV is active
I've noticed since last days that I cannot read my gmail accounts with TB if my Antivirus is active. I've tried to downgrade from TB 69 to 68, and I've switched from avast to avg antivirus, but in any of this scenario if the AV is running I cannot read my IMAP mail . Could you help me to understand why? thank you

If the AV is scanning the mail folders, it probably locks access until the process completes. It's a standard recommendation to not enable AV scanning of the the profile folder (as well as SSL connections), but leave the real-time background scanning in place:
If you run Windows in safe mode, you will see the effects of disabling the mail scanning.
