If the email is for todays date, then only the time is shown. If email is older than today, you should see the date and time. Do you only see the time regardless of age of email ?
The format of the date/time is determined by what you have set up in the Date/Time setting on your computer. In search type Date and select the Date & Time settings Scroll down and select the 'Date,Time & regional formatting' option Click on 'Change data formats' Then choose prefered options.
