Firefox is blank & useless when I download it to my Mac. Apple trouble-shot everything , nothing worked, & they told me to contact Firefox. What should I do?
Firefox (which worked fine for me for years, until now) is blank & useless when I download it to my Mac. Apple trouble-shot everything they could , nothing worked, & they told me to contact Firefox. What should I do?

Hi, could you perhaps share a screenshot of the Firefox window? Does this happen even when you reinstall Firefox?
Attached is a screenshot of what comes up when I open Firefox. Then I can't do anything. If I type an address (say, gmail.com) into the line for that and hit enter, nothing happens. If I type something in the search box, nothing happens. I've deleted and reinstalled Firefox several times, including yesterday with an Apple phone rep who troubleshot everything possible, had me update my operating system, and then said I'd need to contact Firefox. Weird.
