Hi there,

I might have some problem with adding an hotmail / outlook mail account. I've had it configured since 3 days ago when I saw that sync wasn't happening. I removed it and tried to add it again but it keep saying username or password wrong...

What should I do?

If you are sure about the username and password, disable you anti virus mail scanner and see if that is the issue.

I had to disable something called sonar in Nortons to add a new outlook mail account.

Thanks for you helps, however I'm on linux ubuntu, and I had it working until 5-6 days ago, I even tried with other mail clients, same problems. I'm starting thinking microsoft guys have changed something ... Don't know what to do :(

No, I don't!

It seems to be so strange, because I'm already trying other mail clients and they all have the same problem.

Is it maybe a linux thing? (I have ubuntu)

I would suggest you try an app password. https://support.microsoft.com/en-au/help/12409/microsoft-account-app-passwords-and-two-step-verification
