if that's too much and you have internet access somewhere else you could download and save the full installer from <a href="https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all/" rel="nofollow">https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all/</a> in order to put it onto your restricted system &amp; install it there later on.
